If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, return it for a refund per these terms and conditions.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Contact us prior to returning using the contact form on the website and we will then give you complete shipping instructions.
- Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive the product.
- Customer to ship the product back to SierraBASE at the address below.
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a note just to let us know the reason for the return.
- Product must be received in its original, new and unused condition.
